if you're gonna ask her out on the fly just do it. ask her out to coffee or summet, nothing major. if that goes well, see if she wants to get food with you another time. just dont
run up and say "Hey, I know we havent really met, but I'd really like to get to know you and was wondering if you wanted to come hang in Camden or something soon?"
tbh just ask for her number to start(if you dont have it already) you'll get an idea of how well its going if she gives you it.

You're building it up too much. She's a girl... but contrary to popular belief, she's lot more like you than you've been taught. As much as you're wandering around trying to work out how to start a conversation, she's probably wandering around wondering why no boys ever seem interested in her. You'll do TWO people a favour by manning up... girls don't hook up with guys out of charity, they actually want us... they're just raised to rarely do anything about it.

Find some tiny shred of common ground for the first stepping stone of smalltalk - a Facebook post she made, something she's wearing (NOT that you caught sight of her bra when she was tying her shoes) or something about a mutual friend.... anything to pad out a "hello" into a conversation. You'll be surprised how easily it flows once you've started it.

Dating isn't a matter of conquest, it's a two way thing between two entire human personalities... you'll only be truly successful if you remember that. You're as much a prize as she is...
