Sorry if I came off a little rude by the way. Today I am just in a bad mood.

Never got the whole full album stream thing... People who are interested are gonna buy it (or download it or whatever). There's previews on pretty much every online music shop out there... Just seems pointless.

Borgore Vs Skrillex

Post by s3nsi » Wed Mar 21, 2012 9:56 am

Remember when we used to say Borgore ruined Dubstep? Now it seems the attention is focused on Skrillex as the Dubstep murderer.

The question is who do you honestly think has been the most detrimental to Dubstep as a whole? Personally I'd listen to Borgore all day if it meant I didn't have to listen Skrillex.

It makes me laugh to think we hated Borgore so much when we had no idea what was to come !

Let us hope that Skrillex will too fade into obscurity and we can go back to the tightly knit community we steppers once were.

I don't think Skrillex's sound has a long shelf life, a lot of his sounds are reused and his songs are very formulaic, but we will have to see.

It's gonna be some marketing hype, Mad Decent know what they're doing and Rusko does as well, means the album and the beef will be plastered over all types of media outlets.

Smart.
I make music as Forsaken, you can DL all my unreleased (and a couple released) bits here.

Nobody. Find me a producer that has stopped producing, a DJ that has stopped DJing, a label that has stopped putting out tunes just because brostep happened.

I dont understand how people can say they like Borgore/Flux/Dr P etc and not like Skrillex. Surely it is just all the same sounds/noises just in a different order?
