its none of those reasons, its that he is talking to her and you arent. almost any guy can get any girl with the right personality, unless the girl is a stuck up bitch in which case you wouldnt want her anyways. be nice to her, say hi when you see her, ask her to hang out, even if casually. then once you know her keep talking to her and eventually ask her on a date.

Whoa man what a problem... I'm still shy around women, but it didn't stop me banging them for 12 hours in a row and getting multiple STD's from them in Lithuania last month.(Clap + Gonorrhea +) (Still have to do HIV test after 2 months)
