Definitely crepe-style all the way, though my pancakes end up slightly thicker than crepes.

When I was unemployed I pretty much turned nocturnal, I wouldn't recommend it though, waking up at 6pm everyday is not a good look

Just realised the time, it's too late, have to leave in about 40 minutes.

I'm surprised I've been keeping to fairly normal hours tbh. I used to be horrendously nocturnal when working. Having said that, I keep finding my mornings busy and filled with stuff to do. Plus the annoying waking-up-at-5am thing.
