But yeah, Mala's is great. Skream's is pretty interesting too.
Yeah its decent, although the bloke annoyed me.. he was banging his head HARD to every tune Kode9 played. He played one of his tunes which was just a bassline with Spaceape over it and then he played another but a really upbeat tune.
He bopped his head the exact same way to both, it felt really forced and fake.[/quote]
That "bloke" is Benji B he doesn't seem like the kind of guy to fake things

kode9 has done two. The Benji B one was wicked, the other one was quite good two.
I think the two were Melbourne 2006 and London 2010

I might go just to check it out then. I love the old dub stuff and reggae and ska and all those genres but I don't wanna feel like I'm giving money to a guy that can't be bothered thinking of any original ideas. If you get me? there's enough people working really hard at their dubstep careers without the MP coming along and saying 'but look at me because I know a lot more than a load of people who are younger than me'. If that makes sense?

Just go and see Mad Professor mate, you won't be disappointed, trust me.
He's been rubbing shoulders with a lot of "dubstep" guys for a while now anyway, playing on the same bills and stuff.

I know he comes up with original ideas but I don't wanna FEEL like I'm giving him money for cashing in on the whole dubstep thing, is my point.

If I were him I'd try to cash in on it as much as possible lol, as long as he doesn't completely change his sound...
dub music does have a lot to do with the roots of dubstep after all
