he was decent at sonar this year, i wasn't really expecting to like his set cos i was bored silly with techno by the end of that festival but he kept it interesting, loads of real subtle eq and volume changes. not as good as virus syndicate in the other room though, he stole most of the crowd when they were playing too which was a pity...

Anyone got this yet?

The original mix is 96 minutes in 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound. You also get a 74 minute stereo version of the mix on an audio CD.

Unfortunately I haven't got a home cinema set up to check the full thing on.

it sounded effing amazing in the music shop where i work, Paul - no surround, but big speakers....

did u like the original DE:9 mix cd? one of my fave house/tech mixes of the last few years.....one of the best since his Dex Efx & 909 in fact!

THAT still hurts everytime i play it.....PROPER mix cd...

i love all that german clicky stuff he plays on the deeper mixes, Perlon, Trapez, Traum, and so on....deep sounds....

i love the fact that its all chopped elements too...really holds together too, u would think the tracks had been orginally produced that way...

last time i saw him play he dropped his own mad mix of Dead or Alive 'you spin me round' - first record i ever bought!
out in April
APPLE PIPS 001
Martyn - All I Have Is Memories / Suburbia

out soon
APPLE PIPS 002
Brendan Moeller / Beat Pharmacy remixes of Appleblim & Peverelist's 'Over Here'

out now
SKULL008
Peverelist & Appleblim - Circling / Over Here

SKULL009
Shackleton - Death Is Not Final / T++ remix
