after a week off, a decent lifting session. 1-rep max up to 135 pounds. I've finally realized that I'm in this shit for the long haul.
it also can't hurt that I'm back on pre-workout after a week!

got over 100% on a calc exam. took a chem exam today which I expect to do well on despite the aggregate 15 minutes of studying.

this place can really blow sometimes, but all it takes is a decent day and decent weather to really improve my outlook on life :D

So henceforth the name.. "Farmer Giles"..

the weather here in nyc was very lovely today, made me pretty happy, although i do prefer the rainy cloudy days so i can be a hermit :)
