I appear to have fucked up my neck/shoulder over night... like 30 degrees range of motion until I get a piercing headache right now. KILLS.

Don't really know for definite yet, it's only a friend of a friend who's had direct contact with her family but it's thought that it was a Hit and Run after she got off a bus. It's only really just hit me now, currently beating myself up that I never sorted things with her.
