I bruised my feet at my gig on sunday and it's really starting to hurt now, the beaters on the kick drum pedals where WAY too over-responsive and so every time I hit the pedal the beater would fly back and the hard end would hit my foot... Now consider that i was playing a 2 kick drum kit, have REALLY fast feet and play drums barefoot, my feet got well and truly murked

Shoulder was a bit dodgy last week, then I drove to Somerset and something in the centre of my spine suddenly pulled tight in the fast lane of the M4.. had a couple of days off work and managed to get my back moving again yesterday with a MASSIVE crack, but back in the office today and I'm soooorrrreeee.
