i'll be an abacus soldier at this one, lookin forward to it!! i wasn't at the queen mary boat hire out but i was asking one of the boys about it and they agree that the rig sounded shit that night. it was because... the boat couldn't provide enough POWER for the two rigs running that night!!

i think thats a pretty awesome reason. MORE POWERRRRRR!!!

abacus will be representin at corsica with FULL POWER AND FULL SOUND, watch out!

IT JUST GETS BETTER!!! We got a suprise guest playing a set from trouble and bass (NYC)......dubstep, breaks and grime.........trust me it is fucking amazing stuff.....im well happy

Safe y'all.

Well...

I thought the Cerwin Vega rig, in the dubstep room was ok actually! Their rig had 2 bass bins I think and sounded tight and clear. Compared to our 8 bass and 2 little subs that give 5.5kW, which have now been revamped by some hard workin crew to take some deficiencies away.

This Saturday is the first outing for our 4 brand new mid/tops (2.5kW - before we had about 550w mids and tops)... i'll do my best to keep em all sounding sweet!!!! - rig prob be mono as always.

So yeah... fucked up power on the boat and we were doin the dnb room... nice since there was nobody IN the dubstep room... don't like being alone...

but the choons there were much better.
