sounds pretty good man, the second bass in your drop (the screech) needs work it sounds corny, maybe some delay on it to push it back a little bit, then again your whole mix sounds pretty dry, its similar to what they want is filth by excision/datsik, pretty standard brostep honestly

Ive not been producing dubstep/brostep stuff for very long just need some advice on it all really. ive come from the hard dance scene mate

im using reason 5 at the moment if thats any help.
if you could discribe in more detail about what should be done would be great

well its not so much a dubstep specific thing as it is production in general, you want to push some things farther back into the mix with more reverb and leave other things closer the front with less reverb, delay has a similar effect but will change the feel of it
set up a send track with a reverb on it and send all of your tracks to it in varying amounts until the mix sounds good to you, itll take some time before you know what to listen for.

i always thought adding reverb would either widen the sound or just make it sound cloudy. apart from the small points i need to work on is that track good so far?

nothing really pops out at me man its kinda bland
to make it sound more appealing though.... it doesnt sound that legit, doing the reverb thing will make it sound more legit,
