first weekend full of love in a while

outdoor free party on Saturday night where i met some cool new people and had a good stomp.

Went for a run in the woods the day after ,after hearing that my lovely-ladyfreind (who i havnt seen for a few weeks )was jogging there.

Went mountain biking with her too yesterday at Bedgebury Forest- good fun.

Can literally barely walk after all the dancing, running and mountain biking though

and now i'm about to burn some relaxy'hash. hope everyone else had a good weekend too

You should download the Alan Watts Podcast from iTunes, I especially like Limits of Language
Just finishing reading The Way of Zen as well. I think Alan Watts is an excellent introduction into some really interesting stuff!

Picking up The Way of Zen from the library next week
I can't find the Limits of Language podcast though.

If you just search "Alan Watts Podcast" on iTunes loads of his lectures should come up. I put them on my phone and listen whenever I'm on a train or bus or something. I don't think he's necessarily the best (some of his stuff is kind of trite and he seems to be making a point some of the time rather than using that point) but as an introduction he's great.
