It's time once again to gather in the forests of California and dance in the trees at the 'Really Really Good' festival. This year Irie Cartel and Camp Questionmark are bringing to the stage well over 100 of the most progressive names in future bass, dubstep, hip-hop, glitch-hop, mid-tempo, and every other sub-genre of bass heavy bliss.
Emissions is not trying to be overly pretentious, but at the same time not mainstream at all. This festival is rooted in it's meticulously perfected, non-cookie cutter lineups that have been a literal who's who of artists on the edge of blowing up, as well as completely established. The birthplace festival for so many 'staples' at other events, artists like... Nit Grit, Minnesota, Helicopter Showdown & so many more. Cultivating a community feeling between the music & the people involved. Making it more centered and fulfilling to an appropriate size audience, intentionally working to not feel like a MASSive or industry event.
Providing you with 3 days of non-stop sonic serenades from 2+ stages unleashing the most satisfying styles of 2012. Lighting artists, stage artists, visual artists, alter creators, crafters, fire dancers, and so much more, are collaborating to mesmerize your eyes and enhance this event for your inevitable transcendence.
Beyond the boom, the entire event will feature alternative forms of interaction and creative exploration. Huge art displays, alters & installations, 'The Future of Bass' experimentation area. The Zen zone, complete with low-fi sound, chill melodic beats, tea house, & hookah sitting area. Community workshops scattered throughout the weekend on everything from art lessons to online music marketing skills. Unique artists & vendors will be set up in the central area the entire weekend displaying their contributions to the family. All taking place in a beautiful clearing within an oak tree forest, creating a perfect fusion of nature and technology.
Emissions is a community event dedicated to bringing the electronic bass tribe together to celebrate our ever growing and evolving culture. We are not here to force our beliefs on you, but to facilitate you enjoying yours. Come prepared to get down with the crew while making west coast bass culture history.

Emissions campout is striving to become a Zero Waste, Leave no Trace event. Please come correct with your reusable water containers, forks and mugs. Because parting sustainably means keeping the party going and going and going.
To those ends, have a plan to recycle in camp and Pack it in, Pack it out meaning leaving room in your vehicle for any trash or recycling. This means any thing you bring in including camping waste, cigarette butts, GLASS, tents or anything you brought in with you. Bring some bags, big and small for recycling and MOOP in your camp. Appoint a person in your camp to be responsible for this.
Vendors will be using compostable plates, so if you buy food, use the compost bins that Waste Busters is providing for any food waste or paper plates. And of course, always recycle bottles and cans (BUT PLEASE PACK OUT YOUR GLASS), Waste Busters will be happy to accept aluminum cans and other recycling in their bins.
Remember, recycle AVERY time!
