but not all dubstep sound like dub anymore does it ? If he just said that it's a dubstep tune it wouldn't be clear that it's a track that has a real dub/reggae feel to it

Not only that, not all dubstep ever sounded overtly like dub except for the emphasis on bass. For example, you could call Coki - Officer a dubby sounding dubstep track because not only the bass but also the rhythm and melody are strongly dub influenced. But you wouldn't say the same for The Judgement. So I agree and would actually go further to say it's always been ok to say a track is a dubby dubstep track.

Yeah big up Jesus for dying for our sins and netting us a public holiday in the process.

Also, hot cross buns.

I read it what he said, was going to reply, but then realised it would be a ridiculous reply. Dub & Dubstep are two different things NW Dubaholic and because Dubstep has the word Dub in it, it does not mean in any way that we should presume all dubstep features dub.

Anyway. Big up white labels :)

They do look good but they are 10"s cut on to 12" plates with all of the info etched in to the spare 2", I always forget about it if I've had a few drinks though and it fucks my needles up :(

sometimes i buy a record without realising it's a promo white label and then im like........ oh.
when its actually a limited release it's cool cos it's the only way you'll ever own some tracks.
when it's just a test pressing or promo run, it doesn't really matter to me much

Na and rarely on label. I just take a guess.

If it's one I play often, you can tell by the grooves.
