I was actually there when he recorded this. I know some of that music is really dubstep (then again I apparently dont know what dubstep is) but its what that type of music provokes. If you can sit there and say you wouldnt want to be there your either ugly or gay. At that point its not even about the music but what goes on when the music is on. I assume everyone here is a producer and have been producing for some time, which would explain why you keep trying to take me back to the old school

Thing is though, if you'd heard those tunes in a club on a big sound system you'd know they go off. The bass is mental. They have a TON of energy. Before you said you pretty much listen to nothing outside of EDM... why not? There's so much amazing music you're missing out on, and you seem to be more narrow minded as a result.

Second, the last video, I cant remember the song atm I know its on my ipod but Ive heard it a million times before. Its a good song. The examples you showed you before are nothing like this. A category goes under a fucking genre. Cmon dude you know that. Its making this conversation a lot more difficult. I dont care if its called brostep, dubstep, house, techno, whatever its all EDM to me. And Im not locked into any style genre at all. I prefer one more than the others, but I listen to all types of music, but 90% of it is EDM/nothing with words. On my ipod I have over 20k songs, and only about 6k is EDM. When was younger though, EDM was all I listened to. Thats back when the backstreet boys and nsyc were around. I never got into that shit.
