Skrillex has said he makes dubstep plenty of times.

EDIT: He has also said he makes other styles though!

He wants to implement his love of Death Metal and psytrance acts like Infected Mushroom into Dubstep since 2007, and he pretty much did that.
my friend, my favorite uncle (is NOT imaginary) has a special honest talent, and he can hold an entire cup-full of orange juice in the inside his belly button. my favorite uncle has a name, and he is very honest that his talent is not very useful but he is always still asking me for so much money on the every time that he is making the trick.

my favorite uncle with the belly button is not so much a very talented man and just has so much trouble buying all of the juice and NO ONE is giving him money. i have not been seeing this man for so long too
You got a point there.

But again, i'd defend Borgore for doing what he wants to do. He's honest, unlike people like Flux Pavillion and Skrillex who claimed to be "making Dubstep that's evolving".

I fucking hate that shit word "evolving".

PS; i also respect for having a decent fashion sense. Atleast he looks like the typical party DJ, unlike people like Skrillex and Flux Pavillion who have horrible fashion sense and shitty haircuts(Hell, i fucking hate Flux Pavillion's dyed blonde hair).
When the hell did Flux say he was making dubstep that was evolving? Last time I checked, he said that the stuff he made wasnt dubstep. And skrillex said that he makes whatever the fuck he wants.

i don't think i've seen a post by you, that hasn't been you loving skrillex or something, share your wisdom, what else dost thou sayeth?

First Skillexx now this...

Post by truefiktion » Tue May 15, 2012 3:04 pm

I made a topic ages ago venting my anger at new producers creating similar names to already existing successful producers and how it angered me (although alot of you preferred Skillexx's sound to Skrillex lol). I thought copycat naming had since gone but OH GOD HOW IT HAS NOT! Just got my weekly Juno email about new dubstep releases and noticed a new ablum called Technical Sounds Vol. 1 released on TSR labal (whatever that is). First tracks is by Datsic.....................yes DATSIC......why do they fucking do it? If they are able to somehow get their shitty song onto an album why use a similar name? It makes no sense to me?!

Here's the link to the album http://www.junodownload.com/products/1962535-02.htm

What other names are out there which can fuel my anger more? Boorial, Skweam, Genga?

Yes, because when I go to a rave, the first thing I'm thinking is "if that dj aint dressed in the best, I'm leavin'!"... Sometimes I bring my noise cancellation headphones so as I can focus more on the fashion.
