Well, I do and with the recent weather being proper shit in London plus myself feeling crap (got tonsilitis and consuming heavy antibiotics 4 times a day goddamnit) I decided to flip the switch a bit and mix some of my all time fav house tunes for a change.
So if you're feeling a bit shit these days and like some cheese in your headphones sometimes here you go. If you don't like house then well, you may ignore this thread.
Thanks for listening!

Lot's of good housemusic out there. Used to be into the chicagostuff, Relief, DanceMania, Cajual couple of years ago. Kerri Chandler, Roy Davis, Dennis Ferrer are impressive too.

seems like west coast house was kinda dreamy..not as jackin and what not. don't think that's the case anymore though.

I love some house, but mostly the older stuff from my early rave days. It just seems that virtually everything that could be done with house has already been done.
West Coast house I guess would be stuff closely associated with OM Records and dj's like Mark Farina (originally from Chicago, but made his name in S.F), Miguel Migs, Jeno, Hardkiss Bro's, Doc Martin, etc, etc.... Definitely less driving than NY or Chi. house---tends to have more of a relaxed, jazzy, summery vibe.

Mark will always be a Chicago boy!!! When he plays in Chicago, it is definitly Chicago style, no Dockers house.

Quite into the insane, jacking chicago stuff, some of the glitch-house stuff like Isolee and Losoul and definitely St Germain's stuff - nice to see Rose Rouge in your mix, quality tune
Hmm....

Good to see the discussion going on. On the topic of 4x4: I've just found this guy -
www.myspace.com/dreskull - check out the original version of Sweat, absolutely kick ass oldskool rave-ish tune. Boh.
