Was feeling it, Think everyone played well.
Skream smashed it with his GHOST TOWN intro, never dissapointed with FWD although i have to admit that ive now started to spot people in the crowd who shall we say
CANT HANDLE THERE DRUGS
Still a minority though, and was quite shocked there was not more people there.

haven't been to FWD in like 5 months and checked it out cause some friends were in town. when did the vibe get so nu skool dnb? shitloads of totally tuneless mid range wobble. skream and hatcha reloaded almost much every tune they dropped, often twice or more. at least n-type played a blinder of a set as per usual.
Couldn't agree more mate. Was disappointed by that too. I said to a mate it was all too much like crap DnB. Not much soul on Friday but didn't stick around for N-Type.captain easychord wrote:haven't been to FWD in like 5 months and checked it out cause some friends were in town. when did the vibe get so nu skool dnb? shitloads of totally tuneless mid range wobble. skream and hatcha reloaded almost much every tune they dropped, often twice or more. at least n-type played a blinder of a set as per usual.
Wasn't at this one but you're kinda getting at something I've been finding a bit frustrating lately at fwd... Interrupts the flow and makes it a lot less special when something gets rewound...captain easychord wrote:haven't been to FWD in like 5 months and checked it out cause some friends were in town. when did the vibe get so nu skool dnb? shitloads of totally tuneless mid range wobble. skream and hatcha reloaded almost much every tune they dropped, often twice or more. at least n-type played a blinder of a set as per usual.

Straight goods
Large night, props to everyone involved, came across the pond for this one and had a fuckin' blast. Shame I'll have to go back before DMZ this weekend, but I had a proper good time at FWD. I'll definately be back for more of the same.

yeah i was there. first hour was eerily empty, havent seen fwd like that for a long time. spyro smashed it tho, mixing and cutting like a don. mixing differently, thats what i like.
skream played one of the best sets ive seen from him in time, his new stuff is something else. if you were there you know what i mean, if you weren't you'll see what i mean. pokes was on form. crowd was jumping and the place had reached capacity by about 12.
as for smoking, was let in and out easily, no queueing or any of that. yes the dancefloor did smell of sweat especially as the night went on
management, draw for the air wick.
