Hello!

My name is ninjiless, and, well, surprise surprise, I'm a fan(atic) of dubstep. I've always known about this site, but never saw fit to make an account, don't know why; but recently I figured I might as well, considering dubstep is my favorite genre of music.

Anyway, to give an idea of my taste, I'm gonna list some of my favorite songs/albums:

fav albums (that come to mind)
Skream!
In Fine Style
Where Were U in '92
Degenerate
The Roots of Dubstep

fav tracks (more or less)
Benga - The Lead
Skream - Summer Dreams
El-B - Buck & Bury
HPP - Django's Revenge
Digital Mystikz - Anti-War Dub

Oh, and I'd put On A Mission up there (seriously, one of my all time favorite albums), but since almost half of it is dnb I decided not to. big up

Oh! and one more thing: if I'm not mistaken, Rusko (and Caspa?) is bad name to say around here (someone clarify), and I'd just like to say, I'm a huge fan of his. I mean, I get it, he ushered in a specific fad that is, to put it lightly, horrifying, but that shouldn't automatically mean his music is bad. Sure, there's a ton of midrange abuse, but he's got what most don't: style. His Babylon Volumes are positively killer, if you ask me.

thanks for reading

I love On A Mission too! There's absolutely nothing wrong with liking that album. And nah mention Caspa and Rusko all you want, it's more Skrillex and co that cop it around here.

My name is Therapy Sessions. I am an aspiring dubstep producer. I love me some filth mostly but never forget those deep roots dubstep has. This seems like a solid forum to gather tips about production and spread the word about what im producing. I really do believe dubstep is one of the best things to happen to music since the 60s and I want to be a part of the revolution.

Currently have a new channel started in 2011, "Deep End DUBSTEP", soley dedicated to promoting the up-starts who would like more exposure in a time filled with new-comers defining dubstep as rearranged midrange power tool recordings.

About DeepEndDUBSTEP (Youtube channel):
• Promotes up-start artists and DJs from around the world
• Pushes the sounds of the original deep Dubstep vibes
• Features exclusive channel mixes created by DJs from around the globe
• Almost all music featured on my channel is a FREE download

http://www.youtube.com/DeepEndDUBSTEP Subscribe if you like the tunes :t:

Latest upload comes via The Dub Mechz, who recently got signed onto Deep Medi Musik. I got in touch with The Dub Mechz who liked their free tunes to get exposure. (Be sure to download them! WAV quality)

Mate, your old Backspace Dubstep channel was awesome, such a shame it got shot down by Z-Audio. There's a thread on here somewhere arguing about it

Properly missed this thread. I'm an audio engineer, social media manager, and web designer based out of Chicago. I found the deep sound around 2008 with tunes like Emalkay's Stinger & Plastician's Intensive Snare! Been into all sounds since. I share a lot of music & post reviews on my website Skank the F**k Out!. In the works currently I have a short documentary to be filmed about the Chicago scene & the future of the deep sound!
