Re: TUNA
yeah I used to do almost exclusively audio, now I'm back to doing a lot of MIDI as well. At the beginning I would pretty much do all MIDI, and load most of my audio into a sampler, then I started going further into laying out audio into the arrange, and now I'm still doing that but I'm starting to mess around with MIDI for a lot of FX and shit
Re: TUNA
I'm never at any kind of stasis, always moving from one way to another. I really like audio in an arrange page. I really like chopped sounds, so that, naturally, is a great way to stay concrete and totally in control of your chops. But in terms of audio manipulation, I find I'm more actively fucking a sound up if it is in a sampler. Like audio in an arrange, yes control, put some fx on it, maybe resample, but audio in a sampler, like start repitching, pitch env/lfo's, looping, micro looping. Just brings something different. A bonus layer of manipulation.
Not proselytizing, just relating.

I'm not a woman
looks like I'll be sticking to just the production forum for a little while. Lloydy got on facebook and cyberbullied me into coming back into dsf
I'll just steer clear of the SNH lads for a little while, since everything I do seems to piss them off to no end

Re: TUNA
I so will be in this week. I've nearly got all my mappings set up, getting a decent flow. I made a recording today, but I need further setup. Nothing special, mind you, just live beat jam.
