last nights performance was hardly the showing of a defensive juggernaut

I said pure scorer both melo and Kobe average 25 points per game over their career. Not to mention when you look at stats melo is the most clutch shooter since Jordan with more game winning shots than Kobe almost duplicating his stats

And yes the lakers would still make the playoffs without kobe. Not saying they'd do well but they'd still be good.
