Scocco - Untitled [Dark/Spacy]

Post by scocco » Tue Jun 05, 2012 6:59 am

Here's an unfinished/unmastered track that I've been working on. I've been using FL Studio, with Massive and Sytrus as my synths. I feel that I'm nearly finished with it, but haven't gotten any serious feedback yet. I have yet to listen to this track through a decent sound system, so any feedback on quality/bass would definitely be a help. Is there anything that you think I can do to improve my sound? All feedback is appreciated.

Dunno how much I can offer in the way of feedback mate - Enjoying the sort of tribal style percussion you got in there, that element sounds excellent.
Is that a midnight request line sample I hear every so often? that sample also has a nice 'ring' to it also (heh, see what I did there? )
Not a fan of some of the more robot like sounds, but I think that's just my own taste as I got into the track after a while. - sorry I can't be more help with audio specifics - definitely achieved a dark sounding track though mate.

good potential, however when the wobbly bass comes in everything seems to get quiter, not sure if it's meant to be that way. like the bass though.

p.s. could you do me a favour and check my track out?
