Re: Vocal, melodic, non-brostep dubstep?
I thought the whole point of brostep was to be as loud as you could. If there is melody, it's just to lead in to a noisy drop. But I don't pay attention to brostep so I guess I can't give a definition. I just know what is or isn't dubstep when I hear it.

You can have some melodic brostep, like Blackmill. He has wobbles and big drums, but its more chilled than a full-on bangerThe Tornado wrote:I thought the whole point of brostep was to be as loud as you could. Yeah I have no idea who that is lol... the closes to 'melodic brostep' I go is some Flux P tunes. I don't care what anyone says, I Can't Stop and Cracks Remix are big tunes.
Edit:
Haunt You is sick too!

I agree with Tornado, don't care if flux pavilion is or isn't dubstep
Cracks, Got 2 Know, I Can't Stop, and Meathead are all great tune
I'm really not a fan of Bass Cannon, but it actually does pretty well on a club soundsystem

Kromestar isn't into the vocals that much, but he can make some absolute mighty melodies.

I found a way to get piece of mind for years and left the hell alone, turn a deaf ear to the cellular phone
