...have split up;

(already mentioned in the Brostep thread, but I know most folk in the Hideout have an IQ higher than their shoe size and therefore no need to venture in there unless it's on some sort of fuck knuckle observing safari jaunt)

Fucking Knife party...
I wouldnt say I was a fan as such but I would go see them play if they were ever at a festival I was at (Glastonbury/Global etc) and it was allways a good time.
Tarantula playing while a giant mechanical spider dances about, spitting flames and electricity will be sticking with me for a long time

Seeing as it's not a DnB tune, you may well be.

Meh. Hold Your Colour had a few good tunes on it but they really sucked the dicks after that... seemed like they tried to make Slam about 50 times.

They were fun at Glastonbury in '07. I had an inflatable dolphin.

I saw them at the union at uni years ago, someone set off a fire alarm and they had to evacuate the building for like 2 hours

How long did the fire alarm go off for before people realised it wasn't one of their synth riffs?

Agree with the general consensus of this thread. Hold your colour was good, but the rest of their releases were tosh. Not Knife Party levels of tosh mind you, but tosh all the same

^^^^^yeah, saw em on Taylor Square about 2006
they weren't bad
a lot of people were dancing including me
not really my thing but they seemed to be good at it
& the one that did a bit of dubstep wasn't total shit
other than that, I'd rather that Magnetic man hadn't (effectively) split
what's skream hanging with joker for? fuckin purple chiptunes is next?

who's sd5&?
some ninja that clearly exceeds my expectations :D
but yeah that guy, being lazy, was.....?
can't see him recanting but I'd listen to what he makes,
feeling very catholic & tolerant
but probably liking it.

Faint praise

Maybe they'll finally release the parts and let us remix Girl In The Fire like they promised 7 years ago.
