Re: Mr Wayne...
Anne Hathaway is fineee.
Re: Mr Wayne...
I think he's gonna be Nightwing, that's the side story I'm most looking forward to definitelycapo ultra wrote:Joseph Gordon Levitt to be new Batman
Catwoman story in Batman The Animated Series was sick, if they can get Anne Hathaway along with an amazing cat doing those slick burglar moves on this movie I'd be a happy little neek
Re: Mr Wayne...
michelle pfeiffer as cat woman was great mainly because she played it crazy. I cant see Anne Hathaway playing catwoman that way. i found rachel really annoying but then she wasnt in the movie for long
Re: Mr Wayne...
noam wrote:why would there be a new batman???
Well bale said he'd do another but even he doesn't they won't let the series die. There's so many batman reinventions in the comic and cartoons to touch on.
Plus the general consensus is bale will not be in on the justice league movies so someone gotta batman
Re: Mr Wayne...
i mean i get that there might be other batman films just dont think Nolan would introduce a potential successor to Bale in the third film of the Dark Knight trilogy as a separate character, would require some sort of 'batman hangs up his wings' type scene or at least a 'passing on of the mantle' which is possible but i duno, he gets his back broken but he fights back, he doesn't quit
also Batman is just ALWAYS Bruce Wayne, Levitt is a completely different dude in this
well actually im sure at some point some other guy replaces Wayne in one branch of the comics, might actually have something to do with Bane aswell?? i duno, maybe im just thinking of when Batman and Bane team up ??

I heard from a birdie that he was being considered for Sinestro and that Sinestro corps would be the first bad guys in justice league. Re: Mr Wayne...
Nolan didn't even really want to do this one he said. Then changed his mind when some great screenplays came along. Bale said this is his last one... I can see Bale doing another, but I don't see Nolan doing another one.
No doubt they will reboot it regardless. The question is how long will they wait? No more than 2 years I'd say, Spiderman style.

Re: Mr Wayne...
Course they're gonna cram the trailer full of action scenes.. they want to bring in all the transformer fans.noam wrote:watch the trailers to Dark Knightwormcode wrote:They've changed Bane's voice about 3 times now, I knew this one would be different too.
Yeah best one yet, but honestly I'm still mostly only interested to see how they end it. Still think Catwoman seems lame imo, never liked that character.
Seems like more an action movie than drama though. Dark Knight was so good I think because it was more of a drama film with a few well placed action scenes.
hardly hitchcock is it
batman = action movie
'drama with a few well placed action scenes' ?? really?? it was basically 2 and a half hours of balls to the walls action, the last 45minutes is basically non-stop fighting lol
I would say there was enough of a mixture between the drama and the action. This scene is brilliant.
Re: Mr Wayne...
Bale recently said he'd do another if Nolan is on board

Re: Mr Wayne...
I dunno, it's not the guy that Gordon is playing that took over from Batman but there's been murmurs and it's not a stretch to think that the film version could meld characters together. The comics revise shit all the time
what is of value and wisdom for one man seems nonsense to another.
