Re: Firearms.
Can you get a pistol easily in the uk?
I don't see a purpose in owning one. Seems like only purpose is to kill.

Re: Firearms.
I have a few thick, veiny throbbing firearms.
Re: Firearms.
The one I still have

Dead accurate obviously, it's for 25m max so 2millimeters could mean 1st or 2nd place
Only a 100 shots per cilinder though.

Re: Firearms.
Rare 1930s Czech Mauser I bought for 100, then later sold for 2,000. I could have at least doubled that if I tracked down the scope. It had double triggers, the back trigger when engaged would turn the main trigger into a hair-trigger. The sling attached was an original sling from an M1 Carbine circa 1940. I dunno what wiseguy thought it would be cool to put a US rifle sling on a German used Mauser, but I thank him as the sling by itself sold for almost 200.

Re: Firearms.
how much do m1 garands go for currently? been wanting to get one for some time
Re: Firearms.
Real Springfield war time ones are expensive, 1k-2k easy in decent shape. They manufactured them for time though, and later models after ww2 can be had for under 1k. There;s a lot of clones though, including some cheap Chinese clones that can be had for a couple of hundred. Similar to AK & SKS clones.

If you have not at least fired one, I recommend trying. .30-06 is a beast, and to have it in a semi-auto form which most WW2 infantry carried really makes you appreciate these guys more. Just a couple of shots is more than most people can handle, and they are sore for the next couple of days. Not to mention the full auto .30-06 BAR. Insanity.

I would totally own a shitload of guns if i was in America, It's a bit too much effort here and I don't really have any use for them though so I don't have anything.
A few of my farmer mates have some guns though.

imo totally unnecessary for anything besides taking out some tanks lol. Last I saw, shells were around $5each.
That guy makes some crazy ones, the smallest 12 gauge in the world too, considered a pistol. Based on that Maverick I mentioned earlier http://www.serbu.com
