Posted this a few days ago, BUT I was drunk and made the thread all wrong. (even posted it in the wrong forum)
*facepalm*
Since then I've done another mix down, tried to really get the main synth tone to have a strong mid channel presence and panned a more saturated version to the sides.
I'm done fiddling with this tune. It's time to move on. I would love some feed back on this tho.
Just to let you know, I've been self teaching myself EDM production for the last year, with the previous 8 years being a heavy music drummer that dabbled in engineering/production. My DAW is Ableton and this tune was made with Massive, fun effects chains
, Alchemy for ambience, my own mixed drum samples and a shitload of tweaking time.
