Slime welcomes Malaga-based dubstep crew BSN Posse to the label to showcase their uplifting, melodic take on dubstep. After delivering an incredible, emotionally-charged remix of Eyelove's 'Gem' for us in the spring, we've fallen in love with their production style and here they offer two slices of beautiful bassweight whch is truly good for the soul.
'Time To Join' defines their style from the very first bar, opening with pitched vocals and a junglistic bassline riding the rhythm straight to the heart of the dancefloor. Descending chord patterns cause aural vertigo before rave stabs crack the surface to make this one a permanent inclusion to any DJ's digital record crate.
'Another Planet' rolls in on a wash of warm, ethereal pads and uplifting chords before the skittering rhythm collides with glittering keys and powerful bass pulses to energise the track. Longtime collaborators Pointa & Pablo Dread add texture to the melody with crystalline guitar licks and the drop escalates the cinematic vibe of the song into something epic.
