I think I've been ignoring some anger management issues for a few years now... I lose my patience >>> get really pissed >>> start punching shit or throwing things etc until I tire myself out. Last night I threw my chair into the wall. And it's not like I have built-up anger, I just lose my shit on the spot and it's hard to calm down.
I wouldn't mind going to some AM sessions but I don't want some super posi pricks telling me how to deal with shit either.

there was a kid two grades down from me with diagnosed "anger management" problems, he threw a chair at our principal because he was pissed he got suspended

then he got expelled

moral of the story is.....um.....

Did something similar myself. Was fighting in school with a classmate, picked up chair and threw it at him, he ducked or something, the chair nearly hit one of my teachers. Didn't get expelled or anything though.

You could probably benefit from some sort of anger management even if it's some kind of sport that allows you to release your anger.
Take up wood chopping or boxing or something.

That does sound like a bit of an anger issue imo.
My anger will be to raise my voice slightly and then I release it and stop.

Thought about picking mma or something like that, but I dunno how will that help since it's pretty spontaneous.

It will teach you self-control if anything.
Coping mechanisms are what you need.

getting a shakedown by the filth outside my own fucking home because I spat on the floor when they drove past. Fair enough apparently I was causing an offense by spitting but I've got a chest infection and didn't wanna swallow a load of dirty mucus. You'd think they had fake terrorists to arrest or something better to do.

i've had anger meltdowns since i was a small child, only problem is when i grew into a bit of man-strength they didn't go away and I've been known to do a fair bit of damage, to my own things no less

Honestly, I recommend u smoke bud. "Emotions are calmed with a breath" but sometimes even the most oxygen rich air isn't gonna do it for me. Then it's time to load up the binger, toss some ice in the top and let it rip

This. People also seem to be big fans of telling you they'll be in touch and then not sparing 30 seconds to call you. Even a rejection is better than waiting by the phone till you give up all hope.
