I don't think that anyone interested in Asiatic culture should be labelled as anything pejorative. In fact, I like Asiatic culture, and I am not a "weeaboo."

*yawn* yet another kpop group trying to look legit by spam touring the US. Poo song as well, esp. for a lead single, the video is pretty hot though lol. actually that google wave kpop thing a few months back was cool, nothing fresh though, just same old tired acts and tired songs and performing to crowd of 99.999999999% korean americans.

^ Always liked that tune, it probably has at least something to do with the video though

Perhaps a solitary pleasure rather than guilty? Sort of like musical masturbation.LACE wrote:i will keep bringing this thread back as much as necessary aha =Dmagma wrote:If I get started in this thread, I'll never stop.
Also, there's no such thing as a guilty pleasure when it comes to art/music.
it's weird though, there is no such thing as a guilty pleasure, but then again i would hesitate to play this track in front of certain people, they'd probably laugh. there's a lot more to the track that i like then the obvious rhythm..its the scale of the instruments..intonation of the voices..a lot of people i know wouldn't understand that. so in that case, i label it a guilty pleasure..something i'd only enjoy alone..with headphones.

I'd like to hop on a high horse and say I don't feel guilty for listening to anything, but, I sometimes feel a little embarrassed dancing like a loony to this bad boy:
