Stupid case, waste of time, get accused of being racist.

No mention of her being useless and not being able to do her job at all.
No, they ask why I only spent 5 minutes training her how to copy and paste.
And did she sign a training register for the training I gave.

A week goes by and she still has no work to show for her 3 months here.
The one guy who has asked her for work for the last month get's called into the HR office this morning.
He has a grievance filed against him by her for harassment.

He's harassing her by asking her when he's going to get his layout.

You have a lot to learn about the world young man.

This woman is quite obviously unqualified for the job, regardless of race. Does the woman deserve a shot at an interview (unlike in the apartheid era)? Yes for sure. Does that mean she deserves immunity on the job for being black african? Hell no. Affirmative action should only be there to give peoples a shot who have been kept down by previous races/regimes/etc. It should be there to help educate people like this woman so they can get good paying jobs, not just throwing them into any job. It would be like throwing you on a welding site, and telling some dude to teach you everything he knows because fuck you thats why.
