FL studio Audio Sample stretching
After googling, youtubing, and dsf search I can't seem to find the answer nor can I figure a good way of putting it to search. and it seems rather dumb of me not to knowing this
I'm using a legal version of FL Studio 10, I recently tried to update to 10.0.6 i believe to try and check out performance mode, But as I was working with audio samples I notice my FL Studio seems to be stuck in stretching mode. If you use FL then you know you can put your mouse to the edge of an audio sample and you can click and drag it to cut samples or extended things you cut off. But I'm not sure how or why but my FL seems to be stuck in a function that using the same click and drag method to stretch the time of the audio clip. Doesn't any FL users know what the hell I did or how the hell to get it back to cutting sample with out time stretching?

Did you make sure to select the scissors tool or whatever FL calls it... the slip tool I think. Any other tool will stretch it. Oh, also there's little circles on the top left of the playlist when audio is selected that has a ticker for stretch mode.
Re: FL studio Audio Sample stretching
I fucking did this too, some one in the FLStudio thread helped me out:
In the top left corner of the playlist it says zero cross or stretch, un check stretch.

Dunno how the OP did it, but as I said I did it too - must have randomly misclicked at some point - I really have no idea how I enabled it5910 wrote:How did you turn this feature on OP?

Thanks guys! I've been trying to figure out how to activate this feature. Not that it really makes a difference, but it's kinda convenient.
