I had been having a lot of trouble actually writing so I stepped back, took a deep breathe and just focused on the song and left all the technical production stuff to the side until I was done. Really worked for me, I'm really liking this track and would love some feedback, cheers!

Re: Chriis - Like That
I do like the groove! Very well done! Now the brass, is it intentionally shifted to the left? A bit more variation in the notes being played would sound nice for both the brass and the keys, but not like a totally new groove. Something to spice it up, "decoration" chords if you will.
I do like this, for reals! Well done, and if this method works for you then keep using it, cause it shows here!

Hey! Thanks for the feedback. Ha! I didn't realise the horns were panned noticeably to the left, I'm writing this with headphones so I should probably listen to it through speakers before posting stuff :p Yeah, i totally agree! I've gone back and changed up some the rhythms in the horn line, going to have a session later and get some more things sorted. Will definitely check out your tracks and offer some of my thoughts

Re: Chriis - Like That
My headphones weren't plugged in correctly so I couldn't hear the panning, god I'm an idiot. Fixed the mix, made a few little changes, any and all feedback is greatly appreciated
