Went to Hershey park today, got ditched by my friends because my good friend brought her boyfriend (who's a class A tnuc) and I had to deal with him all day. He's pretty nice to me but he talks insane shit behind my back and is thoroughly convinced that I'm nailing his girlfriend. It was ridiculous how boring he is, it was pretty much just her and I the whole time. In addition to this, I'm chafed like a motherfucker, sunburnt to hell, and my brand new pair of chucks smell like a garbage can.

I'm interviewing for a new position in my team to replace someone who has left, but for organisational reasons I've moved it from UK to Slovakia. HR jumped the gun on arranging interviews and I didn't have the time to get myself over there to conduct first round interviews, so I've got a day sat on a phone interviewing remotely.

See, this is it. I've yet *touch wood* had someone who I've found their voice to be irritating over the phone, and people are usually on an RP tip when doing phone interviews...but it's a shit ton harder to build a rapport or get an idea of a mindset when you can't see someone.

Are they taking their time answering because they're having a deep think? Or are they flapping their arms and rolling their eyes to every question. No. Fucking. Clue.

Nah, she's one of my best friends. Honestly one of the few girls that just didn't put me off by being a massive bitch, and is actually pretty cool. But her boyfriend... just a fucking dickbag. It's like his sole purpose is being an asshole to everyone.
