What do you do now, what have you got experience in, and what level of education do you have?
Ha well you asked.

"Medical Devices Equipment Librarian"
Basically run the store room (or "library") of equipment used on patients, have to collect and decontaminate gear from all the wards in the hospital, keep certain places topped up (so say ITU has 10 of X and 10 of Y at all times)safety check slings used on patients and log that info, collect broken equipment and take it to the repair shops if its not something I can fix myself and run the entry card system/security cameras.

Other than that its just helping nurses get the right sling/bit of gear and helping them out such as supplying X amount of stuff for Y time due for say a ward move or something.

Its just very very very dull as I've made it so efficient for myself I can literally blast through the work in three hours tops, if it wasn't for my iphone dock for my own music id have gone nuts long ago

Oh yeah and I do this all alone, my boss runs two hospitals so I am left in charge of this one and I see her maybe once a month as unless she wants something or something has gone wrong I'm left to do as I please.

Other than that jobs have been warehouse work bakery/cooking staff or carpentry bits and I'm at GCSE level because when I was younger I was an idiot and did not appreciate education among other things.

Im pretty much Jack of all trades master of None :cornlol: :corncry:

Seems very logistics based...would want to continue in a similar field...not necessarily hospitals?

WOW, I'D NEVER HEARD IT CALLED MAN FLU WHEN A GUY GETS SICK BEFORE!

This is next level shit.
You sound tense...have you tried running it off?
The last flight of stairs I walked up this morning, I blacked out and almost fell backwards back down it. I think running might be a little above my station this week, but I'll be spending the next two days hiking and jumping off cliffs into rockpools in the Dales, so, well... I'll either get better or die in fucking Yorkshire.

Which is nice.
swing by mine, i'll make you feel better

Well NHS does pay well and has awesome sick/holiday
but Its not a massive deal if it wasnt.
Im not really sure how it applies to other jobs that I could look for which is my main problem.

Then maybe look at transferring to another NHS trust. Given the strain on London hospitals, someone logistics/site maintenance based Who Knows What They're Doing is invaluable.

 Well atleast I seem to anyway! Yeah I do hammer the NHS site, had a few interviews but nothing came of it.
I never really thought of it as logistics but rather customer service so I guess thats something.
Well if anyone on here is hiring! hit me up :W:

Edit: Odd..went to click edit post for a spelling and got Deja vu

Fifth week of quitting the smokes. Cravings had almost faded through week four but they have now come back something fierce this week.

Any tips to beat the cravings?

Depends - how much do you miss this boy, and were you very close?
