If you smoke bud, that's my recommendation. Helped a few friends quit smokes.

don't smoke bud and I've been trying to stay away from booze, but it's hard the year all your mates are having 30th's. Luckily a few mates are also in the same boat so we've formed a bitter alliance against the pro-smokers in the group.

Scratches up a bunch of paint, snaps a back panel off, and puts the front wheel out of alignment.
