out of interest has anyone tried the thing he mentions about writing a page in the morning and more importantly has it helped?

I was told to do this a long time ago when I was in school to help me concentrate. It does work, it works to unlimited effect, I can't suggest it enough. Just wake up and write 2 pages of whatever comes to you. I disagree with what he said about writing the same word over and over because that defeats the object.

The point he was trying to get across of writing the same word over & over... not to be used regularly, but to make sure you stay in the discipline of doing it every day.. and that is where the benefit lies. Obviously the larger benefit is if you are writing something that helps focus your mind, but on days where your mind is a blank, it is still better to stay in the habit of writing everyday rather than skipping from time to time.

It doesn't matter what kind of substance is being discussed. We are talking about being under the influence in general, whether that be smoking a tiny spliff or shooting up the more tough stuff.

Since weed effects everyone differently, and theres different kinds of weed that effect that mind differently, than taking into consideration different people tolerances, there is most definitely no absolute black and white answer to that debate. Just do what works for you.
