I'm now hedging bets that Walt attempts to use Todd to kill either skylar, mike, or Hank. He dies in the process They find out where Todd works, show up to a job and find Walt.
I can't decide who's a bigger @sshole right now - Walt or Mike?
Mike is an asshole because he thinks he can just make decisions without caring about his partners feelings on the matter (and he loves pulling his gun out a bit too much)
Walt is an asshole because he won't just give up on this stupid shit. He laughs at 5million like it's short change!
I like Jesse right now. I can't actually believe he is now the most mature rounded character on the show. I just want him to get out of there and stop fuckin around with these psychopaths!
RUN JESSE RUN!!!
I used to side with Walt but now he is starting to grate on me. His ego is getting a bit too big for him and he is high on his own sense of importance. His motives have changed for the worse, has lost his fear of death and is becoming far too reckless. If it wasn't for Mikes experience, coolness and connections his empire would come crashing down quickly. Mike cant retire, he needs him.
I like Jesse too but since they aren't using his connections anymore do they really need him in the partnership?
Does anyone have any theories as to what Walts plan for them all to benefit may be. Ive seen the preview for the next episode have have my ideas.
Also I have a feeling that one of the main cast will die before the end of the finale. If so who would you put your money on?

To be fair, he had a good explanation for that, I was like "take the $5m you retard!" but you can imagine what being bought out of a company for $5k that goes on to be worth billions would do to you if you were put in that situation again. He knows he can make £300m, why accept £5m?
EDIT: And also, like he said, his kids are gone and Skylar won't let him see them, Skylar hates him, why not try and make all you can? Pretty much got nothing to lose.

I know, im so glad they chose not to, he has grown to become my favourite characters and had provided some of the shows greatest moments. Doesnt mean he is safe though

Because the DEA are closing in and they are running out of lives with their shenanigans. He should have just taken his $5m rather than risk walking away (or not) with nothing. He has come this far and has nothing to show for it, in fact he has lost a lot in the process, so he should take what is on offer, without having to cook.
If he really wanted to he could sell the recipe for a fortune and call it a day. Saying that, just because you know KFCs blend of secret herbs and spices it doesn't make you the Colonel.
take his 5mil for what?? his plan is to keep everyone involved for as long as possible, he's prepared to die doing this, i reckon he's expecting to and possibly wants to now. He genuinely doesn't give a shit who gets in his way on his path, people are pawns to him now

Walt has mad tekkerz tho, nobody else can duplicate his technique and style in the cooking process. It's why Gale and Jesse can only make a purity of 96% whereas Walt hits over 99% purity. I think the show tries to make it fairly clear that they key to the cook is Walt's experience and skills.
But still, to walk away from £5m like it's nothing shows Walt has lost all sense of perspective and is now doing things for entirely personal, emotionally based reasons rather than rationale.
Good point but then in that case why would making $300m or whatever be any different. Is amassing a larger empire/fortune than Grey Matter his only priority only now or does the money itself have nothing to do with is his purpose in life. Why is he really doing any of this any more. I think maybe he is just relishing in the control he feels he has as Heisenberg, none of which he had or has as Walt.
