Also, people going on about how "Latin is useless" and all that, a lot of the shit they teach you in school is useless. How many of you benefited greatly from learning about fucking rock formations or 1066 in terms of life advancement? Yet people are like "no point"! While that is true to an extent, just do what's enjoyable, all the important shit will be required study. And its fucking hilarious when people are like "ohh the only reason you should do latin is if you want to do law it will help you remember words" to 12 year olds, no it wont, if you struggle to remember basic words at university level you shouldn't be there. You don't require years of preparation to remember like three romanised words in a row.

I did Latin GCSE because it was fun and easy. I also did French and it was shite. Should have picked Latin, Sonika.
