I think you're wrong in thinking you haven't made any progress. I didn't know you from before so I can't really compare, but the simple fact that you've been trying is good enough. We all have our own limits to what/how much we can do, and it's good that you've tried to explore this. Now at least you know how much you can push. Reel it back in a little, give yourself some time to rest and recover. Don't feel obliged you have to go out all the time because that seriously fucks people up, not just you.

Some of us are happy that you're trying to be a part of our group. But give us some time to get used to you as well so that we learn to read the signs. Don't just disappear off Jo coz some of us WILL worry.

EDIT: As for the cancerous tumour remark, fuck that shit. Completely uncalled for and you certainly did not need that. Sorry you were subjected to that.

Completely agree with Kay on this one, Jo mate I feel proper shit about all this stuff that has gone on over the weekend, it was genuinely nice to meet you on Saturday too (despite my not being particularly talkative - I'm a bit shit around new people). As I'd previously stated my getting involved on the fb thread & trying to speak to you when you where sat on your own in the Palais was because i've many times found myself in the same boat so know how shit it can feel, depression is an absolute cunt. I've had full blown panic attacks in the middle of my local boozer on several occasions so I know just how lonely and isolated it can feel having that type of crisis in a busy place full of happy people having fun. Don't feel you need to make allowances or sell yourself short for the sake of other people though, if you're feeling in a bad place don’t think that you have to keep it to yourself as it’ll only make you feel worse and besides which I’m sure plenty of us would be more than happy to try and help you out even if its just by lending an ear for you to chew off, venting is most cathartic

And yes, those kill yourself/cancer remarks were completely fucking out of order so I don’t blame you for flying off the handle when that got said, I’d have reacted exactly the same if it had been said to me, absolutely uncalled for!

Try not to let this shit get on top of you, as hard as that may sound, you're a bigger person than that, don't watch the childish insults

every bit of me aches

dont know what the fuck i've done, but its seriously painful, shoulders/lower back/neck/arms/thighs all ache like shit plus i still have a headache from yesterday and my eyes are really sore, like if i touch them they feel bruised. nasty.

still debating calling in sick, the thought of sitting in one of them chairs for 7 hours is striking fear into my soul
