Well, I really enjoyed this mix.

Real transitions whithout too many fade-outs.

Tuff selections aswell for building the mix...

Will keep it and listen again !

That's Brain Damage - a dub group from France, I think they make some of the best "digi dub" around, it's really intense and well textured. I also caught them live in France last year and unlike most live dub/soundsystems where the operators are usually motionless and look a bit moody, brain damage have a proper punk rock attitude to mixing and really get into it.

here's their myspace:

Bon sang mais c'est bien sûr !

Had a booking with these guys four of five years ago. The Vooruit in Gent did some DUB parties and we share the scene with BRAIN DAMAGE and Another Sound System Experience ! Good live & raw dub music, indeed... and true, we feels also a little bit moody after these french punks :D

Thanks for the ID...

Had a second listen to the mix... I like the tracks and the ambiance ! Some transitions are a little bit messy but I know how it's tricky to mix these tunes. Extra dub fx are just fine, what do you use for ?

And also, if you have some time to waste, have a curious ear to "The return of the bullet", an old but refreshing selections of Rocksteady and Ska riddims !

Yeah you're right a couple of the transitions are a bit scatty especially on that revolutionaires into rhythm doctors, i'm thinking of not using the cross fader at all on the next mix and just relying on reverb and delay. I use ableton and decks. I will give your mix a listen when I get a chance, it looks really nice
