Pirate radio stations on FM in London

Post by coxy » Thu Sep 20, 2012 10:58 am

A thread for London people listening on good old FM...

Anyone else find Rinse FM hard to pick up now? For a few months I don't get it in SW london and drove through London on Sunday and didn't get much anywhere.

Kool FM is solid all over now on 94.6

Passion FM is pretty consistent too on 97.9

live in north and haven't been able to pick rinse up on the dial since 100.4 days (dunno if they even care about this nowadays tbh l0l).

but yes, even though kool is based in south i still get near crystal clear reception. big up them.

that's what I was thinking but then why go legal if you then ditch fm? Makes no sense

i dno tbh. wouldn't think G would just brush off 15+ years of FM existence just coz rinse as a brand is doing well, that said though, like mentioned earlier i haven't had reception for timeee.

Kool fm's solid on 94.5 all over london and surrounding counties and the new rosta of djs is fire, they got some of the old original kool djs like Ron back
they also have alot of reggae, dubstep, dancehall with Eastman sounds + they had Saxon sounds up with general levy,Tippa irie and the new Friday drive time show with King Yoof playing the best in Bass music.

The only time i listen to rinse now is for the Uncle duggs show, its quite funny that the only time Rinse gets busy is when duggs is on but that cos the Kool listeners flip over LoL
how low can you go.
