rant

To any random officialproducer brohead, I don't regurgitate info, I share my own experience and techniques that I've learned in this forum and applied on my own comercial released songs, I don't try to look cool or any kind of shit, if I wanted to look cool I'd put a fucking OFFICIAL before my name and make a fucking youtube video or some shit like that. I try to give accurate information and keep a minimum level to the production forum. There are people in this forum that would rather tell you to fuck off before even reading your question, just because you like commercial music or because you posted a question that has been answered a thousand fucking times than pointing you to the right threads containing information about techniques on how to make your shitty music sound good.

Stop giving misleading information to people and stop thinking that you can disregard all that shit, production is a fine art and it takes time and hardwork to get it right, it may even take years for some people. You won't become a fucking superstar producer and dj because some fuckhead saw your video on youtube. Keep thinking like that and you will be stuck in your first world white folk small town forever. Get your shit together, work hard and be humble because you don't know shit, there will be always someone that knows more than you, that's valid for everyone and everything in this life. Also fuck any grammar errors.

sorry if I offended any OFFICIAL producers or white individuals living in small towns, I love you all. :w:

It's a fun day, people trying to teach me how to sound design and stuffz! :)

Huts your superb sound design skills as heard on your soundcloud makes me not want to even argue about that..
1 Reverse the audio of the said sound.
2 apply effects to the reversed sound and reversing it again thus creating point 3...
3 Back-verb
4 Applying an effect on something that already has effects eg: putting a reverb on a sound that already is delayed. Then re sampling that and applying another delay etc. (no its not the same as just adding all those effects into one FX chain.

list goes on and on about re sampling, you haven't even explored all the possibilities in sound design if you think re sampling is "bullshit"

Penis. Top Notch Resampling.

Anyways, Cheeky, i couldn't give a shiet if you like my music or not, as far as sound design, it pretty much proven itself, except that, it sales well, it gets me on tours and quite a few proper labels got on it, so if you like it or not doesn't really make me care more or less..

Either way, RandoRando, all you mentioned is doable without resampling, using pretty simple vsts. And NO, theres no use if you put a delay after something already got delayed due the mixer or on a wav, the delay is still the same delay, as long as you chain it the same way..

I don't get it, you're encouraging someone to go waste their time looking for VST's to perform the time-bending feats you claim they can like reading into the future and generating reverse reverb.

Sure... you can, but, that's like saying I want to walk to the corner store for some toothpaste and then walking to the Walmart 10 miles away for it. Sure, you COULD think of the most convoluted, CPU/time draining, frustrating way to accomplish said whatever... but, Why? Just to prove your weak point? I'm sorry, man, but Huts, Hircline, and RandoRando are right, you're just misleading people for the sake of ego.

Haha, Dan is a good mate of mine, call him off, lets battle fuckzilla!

And no, none of the ways to do those 'complicated' stuff are actually any harder than resampling, otherwise, its much better since you can still fuckaround with the initial sound. As long as you work by logic, first thinkin then doin, it shouldn't be hard at all to do any via mixer..

I'm not here to bitch out, obviously alil trolling involved as its fun, but meh, you guys just complicate beginners, it would be much simpler to learn all that threw mixer really..

No, backverb is impossible with any vst in the world, it would require the vst to see the future. I said delays just as an example, i dont delay my delays.

But i guess you know what your talking about cause your from Rottun :n: :n: :n:

You do understand that beginners don't even get how to synthesize a sound.
Now you're saying advanced synthesis is easier than an fx chain?

Ok then.

Side note, try to be less of a cock and some folks might listen to you.

Obscenity is making a good point IMO...resampling is held up as some sort of magical thing that will cure all woes. There are synths out there (NOT Massive) that with some decent learning and synthesis work can achieve some of these basses...Synth1 is a good example of this, as is Toxic Biohazard.

I'm certainly not debating the relevance of synthesis here.
I agree with him.
It's just the post I referenced that was an issue for me as I stated above.
And his shitty attitude.
