Not being funny, but people need to realise the difference between a logo and a Photoshop overdose.
Logos need to work in black and white. If you take out all the blended layers in your 'logo' all you're left with is some stretched text.
If all you want is stretched text I suggest you use Microgramma and leave it at that, Halliburton/Casio style.
If you want a real logo, be prepared to pay generously because no serious designer has the time to brand you and knock up an appropriate logo for free.
