Entry level version is $195 going up to $995 if you want the full 194Gb version.

EastWest Quantum Leap

there's nothing out there better for this
If you can't afford it my next choice would be Kontakt stuff. It comes with stock orchestral called VSL with good strings and brass
but there are better packs you can get for Kontakt and if you don't already have Kontakt, you can get Kontakt Player free when you get the sample banks

How does the 194gb version get delivered to you, download or DVDs?

You know, I've never asked. I'd imagine DVDs, though that would be nearly 20 discs worth...but if you're dropping close to $1k on some software you may well be wanting to keep the box somewhere in the studio.

Exactly, I was thinking Blu-Rays although obviously not everyone has a drive.

I really like the Native Instruments Session Strings. Sounds great and easy to use!
7 year old BROstep/Trapstep/Chillstep producer from India. Young. Talented. 7 Years Old. Super skilled for age. Signed to NOW22. Biography written in 3rd person on soundcloud OBVI. The next Skrillex. Wait I don't even like him anymore LOL. Super talented. Only 6 years old.

Check out Spitfire Albion. Full orchestra and sounds great. Symphobia is also good for a general tool for everything but it costs more. I would stay away from EW productions. They were once the only thing other than VSL but their new proprietary sampler is just brutal.
