Dilemma: A friends iPhone screen was broken (just front panel, not LCD), so I said I'd fix it for him for £30 (allowing £15 for parts, £15 for me)... Went to fix it, broke the LCD, so I had to order another part (£20)... and again it all went tits up, phone is stuck in a reboot loop and totally unresponsive, I suspect a connection is loose so I need to remove the new working screen... however when I try to remove the new screen it doesn't come out properly. Basically I need to take it to an actual repair place and let them try and get it off. The dilemna is, should I pay for this? Obviously I did cause further damage... but I'm feeling pretty hard done by

Yeah, that's kind of a bind. You messed it up, so you should be taking the hit on getting it resolved.
