nice beat, but i feel it could do with more variations to keep it interesting, like incidentals reverbed hits, fills, this kind of things
also it seems to me the vocal samples, especially the one saying "cry" (?) could be louder in the mix
and since you seem to be aiming at this burial-esque style, i'd suggest layering some field recordings or vinyl crackles or something similar, even really low in the mix and barely discernible , to give the track some depth and atmosphere
all in all, its not bad at all, just feel it would need some extra work to really stand out

Yeah, agree a lot with what dfaultuzr has said...the shuffle on the beats feels a bit lacking, the hi hats have a very rigid feel to them in particular. Liking the short release on the samples though to give them that garage snap to them.
Beat programming could definitely do with a switch up in places to keep things interesting, and the whole piece would benefit from some layering of atmospherics, effects/soundscapes/pads/that sort of thing.
