IMO, the fade out doesn't need the kick to keep going. And the panning on the lead half way through is kinda annoying to me. I'd also suggest a different snare, one that's been layered plenty. Kick need some EQ work also, MOAR BASS! A little compression work on the sub bass could go a long way as well, I'm hearing some distortion, a common side effect of sub bass compression. Lead synths are too loud I think (could also use some reverb), as well as the 'bang' sample, which I think would sound cool if u pitched it down.
