Yeah watched it last night, looks like it's gonna be good but it's quite hard to tell at the moment. I don't imagine people who weren't into the farm thing will be into this considering they're in a prison and i doubt they'll leave much. I'm hyped though.
Re: The Walking Dead Season 2
I hope they don't stay too long in this prison thing
Re: The Walking Dead Season 2
Sure there was an interview with the creator who said they're gonna be in the prison for at least the whole series, perhaps longer.soulkids wrote:I hope they don't stay too long in this prison thing
I know it doesn't follow the comics, but A LOT happens whilst they're living at the prison, so I can see that.

this entire season should be fantastic... the storylines involving michonne and the guv are literally wall to wall action

ehh people saying it doesnt follow the comics are kinda fooling themselves
in the grand scheme of following comics the dark knight was adored for being close to the vibe of the comics and I could literally write a novel on things it shat all over compared to the comics.
The things they strayed from are understandable. Shane dies out of order from some events but that was done because shanes character became the focal antagonist. As a fanboy im cool with that change. It made shanes death more important and I enjoyed that.
In season 3 they've actually gotten back on track entirely, the prison, michonne, are all in line perfectly. The only thing that is out of line is Allen hasn't been brought into the story, and he's the one who got bitten at the prison and had his leg chopped off.

they need to grow bamboo just so they are hidden and pot because that place would be a stoners paradise

Re: The Walking Dead Season 2
michonne and andrea are going to get to the governor before the rest of the group which does not happen in the comic. there's more i want to discuss based on my predictions of differences between the comic and the tv series, some very major things that happen in the comic that will not happen in the show, but i do not want to reveal any spoilers.pkay wrote:deadly habit wrote:we're assuming they go close to the comicspkay wrote:Phigure wrote:pretty decent episode, good amount of action

what i am enjoying though about this series is the deviations from the comic(i usually hate shit like that), but it makes it refreshing for even the seasoned comic reader.

Re: The Walking Dead Season 2
i can understand why they would make michonne and andrea see him first. IMO their storyline starts off slower and ramps up faster. I think they're doing it to keep the two groups tied in
Re: The Walking Dead Season 2
