why would you want to watch those again. :D
American Psycho is dreadfull compared to the book imho.
If I'm not mistaken there are programs who can switch it from .avi
edit; nvm already been said lol
American Psycho because the GF has read the book but never seen the film. Also I'm a Bale fan :U:

Get Smart I find quite amusing and it's easy midweek viewing.

Yeah I do like Bale, really fits the person I had in mind reading the book. Probably only reason I could watch it. Really is a wonderfull disgusting book, that's why I dreaded the movie a bit. Then again a book made to movie rarely is good (HP/LOTR(altho one of the best)/Matilda/one could go on and on). Love the beginning tho, with the axe and Bale playing the disgruntled cardguy real good, when it's on tv I always watch it till he axes the guy.

You should read it if you haven't already. My teacher recommended it, I had some lovely teachers back in high school, always recommending me great books :).

I read it at Uni, good book. Couple of bits I had to stop reading and take a break on, the rat/pipe/prostitute bit being one of them.

Yeaah even I had a hard time reading it when he nailed that girl on the wall (if I remember correctly). Worst thing is I always imagine my books lively :D. First the rat then the chainsaw, read books about Hitler/Ilse Koch/other sick bastards w/o problems but American Psycho is the only book that has ever disgusted me a bit. Still have to read Marquis De sade etc but still.

Problem; I need to read again :(

Oi oi oi dont be bashing American Psycho the film and then proclaim LOTR is a good Book to Film conversion!
Its an ok film but it takes a shit load of libertys and does stuff like make Legolas and Gimmly some kind of comedy duo.
Hoping PJ does not fuck up The Hobbit :|

Edit: Oh christ, forgot about that :corncry:

Never said LOTR was a good conversion... I said HP/LOTR/Matilda/Kiterunner/etc all sucked balls in comparison. But comparing a book (full on detail/mind) to a movie 1-2 hours max (audio/vision) is apple and pears tbh.

I've read about knives being used as dildo before (Gangreen 2 from a Belgian author), way more gruesome stuff in that book then a dildo knive (the girl actually uses it to get off, so no harm done and all)
